Refund Policy – Mitten Marketing Co.

At Mitten Marketing Co., we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services and content tailored to your business. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have outlined the following refund policy:

Digital Services (Web Design, Branding, Content Creation, Social Media Management):

• No Refunds After Delivery: Once final content or services have been delivered and approved by the client, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Partial Refunds Before Completion: If a project is canceled by the client prior to completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. This is at the discretion of Mitten Marketing Co.

• Revision Policy: Revisions are included as outlined in your contract or service agreement. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges but are not refundable.

Digital Downloads (Templates, Design Files, etc.):

• All Sales Final: Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered or downloaded.
