1. Services Provided

Mitten Marketing Co. offers services including, but not limited to:

Social media management and content creation
Website design and development
Branding and graphic design
Digital product sales (templates, files, etc.)

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely communication and approvals to avoid delays.
Supply any necessary content, logos, or materials before project start.
Adhere to project timelines and payment schedules.
Not resell, distribute, or alter any digital product or content without written permission.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Final payment is due upon delivery of completed work or digital goods.
Late payments may delay project completion or result in additional fees.

4. Revisions & Edits

A set number of revisions is included in each service package, as specified in the agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the included scope will incur additional charges.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms.
Mitten Marketing Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Mitten Marketing Co. remains the property of the company until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for agreed-upon deliverables. Mitten Marketing Co. retains the right to display work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mitten Marketing Co. is not responsible for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or digital products.
Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., website hosting providers, social media platforms).

8. Digital Products

All digital products are for personal or business use only.
Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share client data without consent.

10. Modifications

Mitten Marketing Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
